Jim hartleys review is on the money. Good selection. Okay prices on fish and corals everything else is high. 7$ a pound for "life rock" dry rock. 200$ for a 4 year old used l.e.d insane.
Nice variety of salt and fresh water fish...and that is about it. Poor overpriced selection of reptiles and small animals. Most of the inventory is older models of what bigger chain stores have and in many cases cost more than than newer versions. Store is filthy and not kept up very well with items just all over the place with no real organization. Many items are not even priced, damaged packaging if packaged at all. Many used items are overpriced and really not visually appealing to purchase. Really just looks like a rummage sale. Staff is rude and not as knowledgeable as one should be when working in this type of specialty store. Disappointing and not a pleasant place to go.
Great selection of fish and reptiles, as well as a few small animals and birds! The two guys working were very nice and helpful even though they were both working to maintain the animals. Absolutely a great option for someone who wants to shop small business. There are no carts, so next time we may not bring the kids, but they do have a sign on the front door that states that children must be attended at all times, so we were prepared when we went in. We will absolutely be going back!
Always love coming here these guys are knowledgeable, great selection of corals, fish and other pets. It's a store you can wander in for hours and buy nothing but want everything.always show your local fish store some love and these are the guys to see.
This place is super great! Large variety of fish, small mammals, lizards, and amphibious creatures! I was blown away by how expansive their fish section is. We bought a pet rat and the staff bent over backwards to show us different things to go along with her. They never made me and my son feel like a pain, they were just lovely. We love our new little pet and we'll be returning again!
