DO NOT even think about using JRock from Appleton, WI for moving services if they are still in business or start up again. This is the level of professionalism they provide. We are first time home owners, and booked their services for 10 am Monday morning. We were told After doing a walk through that it would only take 2-3 hours to load and unload at our new home 8 miles away, with everything being put into the proper rooms. After a long list of excuses they finally arrived at 11:30 pm loaded our UHAUL that was rented for 24 hours, asked of it was ok to unload the truck into our new garage and then return the following day to finish it. We agreed to it, due to them being apologetic and agreeing that no further payment was due past the 2 hour deposit. We did not arrive at our new home until 2:30 am. They damaged some of our property and never returned to finish the job. We tried to contact them and they ducked our calls. Finally after having good friends of ours help out, he decided to finally respond with a less than professional text.
These guys are awesome and professional! They we're quick and careful..I would hire them again in a heart beat..thank you again!!
If you want a company who's on time, respectful and honest do not hire these guys, never again. Our first home buying experience has been made a nightmare do to them.
We had a great experience with Jrock Moving. Loaded up an entire four bedroom home professionally, quickly and at a great rate. When we unloaded ourselves we were amazed at how well everything was packed safely. Not a SINGLE scratch, damage or item missing. I decided to do this review after seeing a negative review for this business. We used them a year ago and will be moving again this month and have decided to hire them even though we will have a pay a little more since we are outside of their normal area.
I called this company because they had an add on Craigslist, they asked if I had experience and I said I do from when I lived in Mexico and when I worked for a private company. They than proceeded to ask me if I was legally eligible to work in the United States. Not only is this question not allowed in any type of interview it is discrimination.
