I have had more than I can count reached out to this location and to corporate about the service I have received on more than one occasion and have never received a response. The thing is the company I work for spends a lot of money here, mainly because we work early and it's the only place close that is open (we don't like McDonald's) sadly you folks just lost out on average 100 bucks a week. Clearly you still don't care.
Hey so get this right? I go here to get some tacos in the drive thru and it's broken. So instead of doing the smart thing, they just decide to close early with no warning. There were about 5 people working inside and they wouldn't even come to the window to tell us they were closed. It was 10:30 and they are open till 12 but they decided to just close early since their drive thru was broken instead of taking orders from the window. Piss poor.
Comparing this taco bell to other taco bell locations....its just bad. Order accuracy is horrible and wait times are even worse. I've stopped going to this location completely and would hope corporate would address the problems.
Slow right now@ 5ish. No wait , good service. What more could you want from a fast food factory.
They werent busy, service was slow took 15 to 20 mins to get food. Food was cold.... worst taco bell I've been too
