The ladies and gentleman of Kesslers made my customer experience very satisfying. From the minute you hit the door, they are all in for giving you the best experience you could possibly imagine. Being that I did not have the knowledge of jewelry or any clue what I was really doing, they did an amazing job educating me on diamonds and helping me find the ring I had only ever imagined. Our experience though not large in dollars included a couple of repairs and a couple of purchases. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and ready when expected.
I have since been there to pick out my wedding band which they helped immensely. I picked a wrap that they had, and customized it to my liking and to match my husbands wedding band, including changing some of the metals. They talked to the designer and gave me options with what was available. And I just had my two rings soldered together and it took only a few days, and it was back to me shiny and like new!
There was no pressure .....just a very pleasant experience! Amber was great to work with. She is knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and a pleasure to work with!

Everyone is so friendly! They were able to fix my moms wedding ring that the stone had fallen out of. I had brought it to a different jeweler who wouldn’t do it because the settings were too delicate, but kesslers said it was no problem! They even offered to finance it for me even though fixing it wasn’t very expensive. My mom hasn’t worn her ring for a year in fear that she will lose another stone. Kesslers even added additional prongs to keep the stones from falling out again. My mom is going to be thrilled. Best Christmas gift ever!
Kessler’s has been amazing to work with! My husband said they helped him pick out the ring when he decided to propose, the process was quick and seamless and he got the ring he chose in just a few days. He said the hardest part was hiding it so I wouldn’t find it!
