Stay far away from this company.
I was a customer for over 15 years. With the new management they have decided to not focus on their customers but on the bottom dollar. Marylin and Sarah both gave me a run around for a new car I purchased. I was charged over $75 to switch insurance's and they raised my rates without telling me. They told me they dont have to tell me the price they just make the changes in the computer system.
I should have paid attention from the beginning when they lost my first check for business insurance that I made out and mailed the same day I agreed to the policy. Then my agent retired and I found out when I called, needing a proof forward and was informed at that time who took over my account. No introductory phone call to explain what happened. Finally when I received a notice that my policy was terminated for non payment. I didn't receive so much as a phone call as I travel all the time which is why I didn't get notice in a timely manner. I was told to call the insurance directly, which I did, and was told it was up to the agent to approve. I left that message with my agent who called back a full two days later saying he didn't know why Liberty Mutual would say such a thing as it wasn't true and that it was too late and Liberty Mutual refused to reinstate. I called Liberty Mutual immediately after and they said I was approved! They offered to immediately take payment and reinstate!!!

I called Valley insurance to speak with a manager to tell them why I would never refer them due to a complete lack of customer service and respect to be put on hold forever- so I hope you read this Valley Insurance. One word for my total experience- FAIL.

I have never spoke to a ruder person than Jeff G. He apparently doesn't care if I get insurance with them or not, and actually called a question I asked about the policy "dumb." I asked to speak to his supervisor and he simply hung up. I considered calling back, but what's the point?
