Harry, Lori and all their staff are so polite and helpful every time we call. We have checked around for other insurance and always came back to All State. They really are the "Good hands people"
Don’t waist your time with the Forbes Agencies. Forget about quick (if any) responses on quotes, claims, questions or changes. I've called numerous times for information over the last month and a half and was told they would get back to me by the end of the week. It didn't matter whom I talked to. THE AGENTS I TALKED TO REFUSED TO GET BACK TO ME WITH ANY INFORMATION! There are also constant increases in automatic deduction payments with no explanation. I’ve been a customer for years and once I have a concern this is the treatment I get.
