I bought a new washer and dryer from Hoersch last April. Since January of this year, my dryer only works on cycles that don't use the moisture sensors, wasting electricity and my time. Service has been lousy--they do not return calls--set up appointments and 45 minutes late, I call to find out where they are and I'm told they had an emergency and they'll call. A week later, still no call back...I'm frustrated. My dryer was expensive and I expect it to work correctly. I also expected decent customer service from a small, hometown business. Very disappointed.....
Always buy from these folks. 17 years we have been a customer. Service is outstanding! They offer a full rage of quality lines! Why look at big box stores, when we have a great local owned alternative. Job well done, thank you for the sales and service!!!!!!!
