Used to go exclusively to Steins. However, that has changed. I WILL NEVER SHOP STEINS AGAIN. We purchased seven (7) Boxwood plants as a Mother's day special ($5 a bush)and built a garden around these buses. They all died within a year. We purchased their plant starter and planted them well. One Manager told my husband that they would replace them (we had their so called garden guarantee). When I brought the bushes back the following day, Brandi at the customer service desk scoffed at my request to replace the plants and was even more resistant to getting a manager for me. She was curt and rude and lacked customer service. The Manager who appeared, John, was even worse. Despite being top Steins would replace the 7 bushes, Steins refused. They would only refund our money and required us to NOW pay the going rate the the EXACT same bush. As a consumer, this is wrong. I will gladly take my business to Schmalz, The plant Station and Memorial Florist. Even Home Depot and Shopko have better plants and better prices and accept returns. Warning - STEINS DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCTS.
