My heart is heavy learning about the loss of a special friend and not able to be there in WI, Judy was able to help me with exactly what I wanted to send. I called from San Francisco to have a fresh Spring bouquet delivered to our daughter, for her birthday, who is a student at Lawrence University. Sarah worked with me ¡¡ patiently !! on the phone to find what we felt would be a cheerful, delicate bouquet and our daughter was thrilled.
