I have stopped in a couple times and worked with Joe who has always been great to work with, but had never ordered over the phone. When I needed to send a get well arrangement to someone I called and spoke with Spencer for Delivery. He was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. I asked for something creative and unique Designers Choice and told them my budget. It was Gorgeous! i have tried other florists in Appleton and Charles the Florist is definitely my go to. Do not be dissuaded by a couple negative reviews. They are great to work with and deliver beautiful fresh arrangements.

I sent an arrangement to a family member, but the roses died after a few days. I let Charles The Florist know just as an FYI, but they really went above and beyond with the feedback and are replacing that arrangement with a new seasonal one. They had been trying a new variety of roses and were super apologetic about the minor issue. Really impressed with the customer service!!
