WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! We have been getting past due noticed for going on 4 months now but neither one of my insurance companies have received the claim I have talked to their rep. Amanda 3 times each time she says the same thing... that she is waiting for my insurance company to respond to the claim. I personally called my both of my insurance companies and they never saw a claim come through or received any follow up phone calls. One company put me on hold and called Amanda she told them she would fax over the claim immediately and that was a week ago. The company still hasn't received anything. The sad thing is that I got the procedure pre approved for full coverage of claim.
