They were very rude on the phone. Setup an appointment online and the time was not correct. Received a phone call from them that I missed I called back to explain the time was wrong and was told I entered my phone number in wrong even though I had just got a call from them. Cancelled my appointment just because of the way I was treated over the phone
Replaced two front tires of my Saturn Bye. They weren't pushy to replace all four, and they had a good deal. They even talked to me about the different tires that I could use for going to school. I dropped it off on the night of Black Friday and got a call the next morning that it was done.

Every time I've taken my car for service they've been nothing but excellent, other techs have offered advice that failed to solve any issues that have arisen, this firestone however has always gotten the diagnostic and issue corrected promptly, professionally and immediatley solved my issues, with thorough explaination each time. Don't beleive all the hate, they have always been friendly, courteous, and genuine with their service and assessments.
