I have had multiple vehicles repaired at Femal's, everytime has been a great experience. I was able to use one of their loaner cars and they treated my wife and I with care. I would highly recommend using them if your car needs auto body work..
My family uses Femal's as our go-to place for cars and they have done an excellent job each time.
I don't know about the quality of their work, but their customer service and communication is flat out bad.
I was warned off by a friend to stay away from Femal's because of his experience, but still decided to give them a shot purely out of convenience. I now understand why he warned me about them. I took my car in to obtain an estimate for the repair of a deer strike.
Upon arriving at Femal's I was very clear about the need of a loaner car because I travel for work and was assured I would have access to a loaner. About a week later they call and request that I come in to sign an insurance form. Once there I signed the form and once again verified my need for a loaner but this time was told the loaner I get would be for local use only. I informed them that my needs my not be "local" and one guy behind the counter said "well thats not going to fly". I asked him why he didn't tell me this when I asked about the loaner initially and he just lied to me about how he was positive he told me that. Then, some other guy who knew nothing of the situation comes out and basically just starts on a tirade about how if one of his loaners breaks down out of town how he "is not going to go get it". Annoyed, but not rude...I leave.
Top choice for independently owned collision repair facility. Worth the time to check this place out.
Based upon what I hear from Femal's I re-arrange my work schedule to be able to accommodate a local loaner for the days needed. I then get a call from my insurance company informing me that Femal's contacted them and told my insurance company to tell me that they didn't order the hood and would not be able to keep the appointment I made with them. You read that correctly, they didn't call me....they called my insurance company and wanted my insurance company to tell me that they didn't order the part and couldn't keep the appointment that I changed my schedule around for.
