My wife and I stopped there a few weeks ago for a cappuccino. Cost $9.04. The absolute most awful cappuccino ever. Drink was warm, tasteless and the 16 oz cup was filled about 75% full. Never again. How could so much go so wrong. Sent e mail to corp service and no response. Not surprising.
wife gets the coffee, I get the frozen strawberry lemonade. we are both happy here!

A decent place for both coffee drinkers, and non-coffee drinkers. Some days, Gloria Jean's seems better than Starbucks (of course not all the time). Every time we go to the mall we have to stop and get drinks at Gloria Jean's.
