One year update:
Mark hooked me up with a bike that I could have never been able to afford if I had bought it new. He sold it to me for a fair price, offered me an extended warranty and adjustments, and was absolutely the nicest guy during the whole process. I have unwavering confidence in Mark and his shop.
Always friendly, always happy to answer questions, always accomodating, always fair prices. The only bike shop worth shopping at. PERIOD. Owner is a long time cyclist, and not just a generic dude in it for the money. He genuinely enjoys bicycles and the culture around it all! I shop there regularly and have no plans of changing that!
Amazing Experience! Went there just looking ended up walking out with a great bike at a great price! Mark helped me out and answered all of my questions. Gave me a great deal on a year end close out bike which made me really happy. Also ended up buying some new handle bar grips that he installed on the spot. Great place with great people and great prices!

I leave Mark's store with my faith in humanity fully restored. There isn't a nicer guy in the bike business. No matter how badly I mess up my bike, he and his team find a solution, and it never breaks the bank. Quality parts, fair pricing, out of this world service. I find myself wanting to stop in just tell him how my last ride was, because I know he truly cares. If he doesn't, you would never know it. If you are in need of a bike shop where you feel like a member of a family, this is your place. Please support this man's business, his employees, and his family.
The bike Nazi @ Active bike and fitness needs to get over himself. The work he did on my bike was sub-par, took way to long and was overpriced. NO STARS
Owner is one of the nicest guys i have ever met. very personable and enjoys talking to you. he spends more time then he needs to talking about the product which i am grateful for. hes very honest about everything he sells, and will work with you iv visited all the other bike shops in Appleton and have no complaints about any of them. but Mark has won my business for any future bike purchase or repairs.
Response to owner: I wish you would have had that attitude when I expressed my dissatisfaction. You offered no remedy and asked me to leave. Sorry, I don't use google reviews to give out kudos for satisfactory service. Especially when a service provider or retailer is mining and selling 5 star reviews. My silence and return business is your 5 stars from me.
