I hate to leave a bad review when the girls were nice but this spa just lacks class, style and professionalism . There's a tiny locker room in which you have to change into your robe, it smells funny when you walk in ..there was no music playing in the massage room and my blow dry was the worst everrrrrrr, she didn't pin my hair up and use a big round brush, as you do, she used her fingers I kept waiting on it to start ..I paid 25 dollars to have my hair toss dried really?? but she was so nice and I was from out of town so I didn't speak up...I wouldn't recommend going here ..seems like everyone is still learning and just trying their best.
Had the most Amazing experience at the spa. It was a relaxing environment. I enjoyed my organic facial. The Cosmetologist made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Ask me all the right questions. Felt so relaxed after leaving the spa. I cant wait to schedule my next service and will be suggesting this to family and Friends. thank so much Spa BenMarNIco's.
Pretty small but I really enjoyed myself. Had the hot tub to myself.... practically they whole place to myself. Massage was great. And cookies and tea after.
Very clean and decorated very nicely. Location is great and hotel staff was great. However the spa staff needs work. We arrived on time and we were rushed into our rooms for our massages as if we were late instead of being able to relax (which is what we came there for). Also massages seemed rushed as well. So overall hotel was wonderful and the spa could have been better.
We loved every minute of our services at Spa BenMarNico's. We went in and got a couples massage and it was fantastic! The team members were all very friendly and welcoming and took exceptional care of us. After our massage, we were offered hot tea and snacks while we sat in the beautiful sanctuary with calming music. This is by far the best Spa in Appleton. Clean, Wonderful, and Relaxing! Highly Highly Recommend!
