House buyers beware! We used a realtor from Exit elite in Appleton to buy our first house this summer. She turned out to be terrible and unethical. She had us sign a blank offer because we were waiting to hear back from the bank and my boyfriend was going out of town, said she would get back to us when she heard from our bank, never got back to us and put in the offer for 2,000 more than we wanted! After confronting her she apolojizes said it was a misunderstanding. We really wanted the house and it was an FHA loan, so we went through with it anyway. Written in our contract we were supposed to have a final walk through- but she never told us that and that is highly illegal. There are multiple issues with the home- ac and patio door broke when we finally got the keys. The realtor stopped answering any calls or emails from us the day we closed on the house. I finally called her boss at Exit reality but they do not care and will not do anything about it, told me to get a lawyer. We lost thousands of dollars and now need to seek a lawyer and make ethical complaints. Please choose your realtor wisely and do not trust them as we did!
