And the Yoga Loft at AMS is a nice additional touch. My husband and I have private yoga lessons with Lauren and she is very good at explaining each position or pose. She will break it down and show us step by step if we don't understand.
My husband and I have been going to Advanced Movement Studio for awhile now. We love going there because of the opportunity to work with Andrew Braun and Dr. Eric Wallace and Danny Rivers and Lauren Quella. AMS provides everything you need under one roof. My husband and I have workouts twice a week with Andrew and he knows how to make sure that the workouts are comprehensive so we are always working on different skills and muscle groups. He also knows how to make sure that we work hard but don't injure ourselves.
We also recently attended the Fox Fitfest sponsored by AMS and the Yoga Loft at AMS. Danny Rivers did an awesome job of hosting and making the event fun and family friendly.
I see Dr. Eric Wallace for PT because I was having some problems with a weak hip and a tight back. He did an amazing job of figuring out what was going on and then gave me exercises and stretches to work on the weaknesses. It is great to have the PT right in the same building. Most of the time I was able to have my PT appointment right after a training session.
Eric seems to know what he is doing and is very reasonably priced. After two sessions I was feeling much better and we started getting to the cause of my pain. I recommend going to him even with it being out of my insurance network.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experience at AMS.
I absolutely love everything about the Yoga Loft and Advanced Movement Studio! Everyone is really nice, the facility is gorgeous, and the yoga is challenging yet refreshing!
