He was very happy, friendly, and eager to please. I think that's by far the best delivery person I have ever encountered. I wish I would have grabbed his name to give him a special shout out. But seriously keep that guy and give em a raise!! He's fantastic all around, superb customer service!! Will definitely remain a customer!
They're quick to deliver, but not too bright. They sent me my sub, not cut as ordered, w/o the sides I ordered. I called, they comped me a free sub. I redeemed my free sub, and again, they didn't cut it. A Gargantuan is a big sandwich to eat, and cutting it in half is a service they offer (but don't provide?).
4 stars because of the fast service and great food. Would have given 5 but Shannon kinda ruined the friendly atmosphere.
Always freaky fast delivery!!!! Food is always correct and so good! I placed a large order for the family and I. Ordered 6 subs and a bag of BBQ Chips.
I will say this: you do have one delivery driver who knows what he's doing. That would be Patrick. At least promote him to assistant manager. Having said that, there are other staff members who don't have a clue and need to get their heads out of the sand. Take Travis for instance. I placed an order online yesterday, and your location botched it up miserably. I call to make a complaint, and whaddya know? Travis picks up and refuses to take responsibility for what's been done. At the very least, my next order should be on the house. Failure to do so may result in a big loss of customers.
When the delivery arrived, there were no chips. I asked about them, the guy checked the receipt and apologized profusely about missing them. He advised he would run right back and also grab an extra bag for the inconvenience. Such a great move!!
Sick with food poisoning after my meal. Will not be going back.
