Great customer service. The two men at the Appleton store are very friendly and helpful. Everything is made in store and can be customized to your liking. My parents got me one for a graduation present 2005 and to this day it's still a good matress. Just got a new one for my gf and me to sleep on and plan on this one lasting a long time. First adjustment is free. How many other places will adjust matress for free? Buy a verlo matress!
