Daniel Hoff has not attempted to represent my interests in my case at all. Rather, he has clearly sided (very rudely at times) with the court when the opposing side has used the way that the court system "defaults" against fathers in every way possible to exhaust my resources and patience. I warned Attorney Hoff when I initially retained him that the opposing side's strategy would be to bombard us with frivolous correspondence in order to attempt to exhaust my resources, and I specifically asked to avoid these unnecessary expenditures. Within 5 months, we have now averaged over $1000 per month in legal fees; clearly Dan Hoff did not understand what I was saying, and/or didn't care.
Attorney Hoff did an excellent job of representing me throughout my entire divorce process! From the initial consultation through all post-divorce issues, both he and his staff exemplified professionalism. I feel as though my case was handled efficiently and respectfully, and I definitely came away with favorable results. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to Attorney Hoff!

He handled my divorce with kindness and always kept me informed as we proceeded to court. In fact his whole staff treated me respectfully and quickly answered all the questions I had.
