This was my first and last time at VandeWalles. I looked around and not seeing what I wanted, I asked a worker that makes candy where it was. With much attitude she showed me where they were. Then waited FOREVER to check out. A sloth would work faster. Then as I was leaving, one of the ladies behind the counter made the comment that "you wait in line to check out in a grocery store. You can wait here". And then laughed. At least in the grocery store they try to go fast. I was there 12-14-2017. You could take lessons from Seroogys in Free Bay.
Great candy and cakes. We had our wedding cake made here 25 years ago and have been getting all our birthday cakes here since then. Whether you are looking for a cake or a specialty type cake or cheesecake they have a great selection ready to go or to be custom made to your preferences.
Great, local place for candies, chocolates, ice cream, and sweets of all sorts! Love walking around every time I come here and they almost always have samples.
My all time sensation creating store. Not only do they have amazing chocolate, dark, mild, milky, creamy buttery caramels, even sugar free for those that can't have sugar. Very good at this. Caramel apples, cakes, OMG cheesecakes, pies, cookies, cupcakes and wedding cakes to just jump face first in. Cheers for chocolate and it's many friends that stop by. Delicious. ALWAYS get a free dark or milk chocolate covered sea salt caramel. That alone is reason to stop by, lol
Great, now I'm hungry for cake after writing this review and have to get a slice of birthday cake.
If you're a chocoholic, you've found your new home. The caramel is to die for. Salted dark chocolate caramels are the best ever. Everything is SO delicious. Yummy...
