The only positive I can say about CCU and why they get 2 * is their android app and website are very well made. Very intuitive and easy to navigate, much better than most of the other local credit unions.
The tellers at this location always treat me like a criminal suspect. I am a normal white male mid-twenties who dresses in casual business attire, not sure what always causes the suspicion or if this is how they treat everyone. I've never overdrawn my account and they always have substantial balances. I worked at a bank for a year when I was in high school and customer service was always #1. I have called before with simple requests you would expect of a Credit Union/Bank and have always been met with resistance and expectation that I will take care of it myself. I joined Capital over a year ago after leaving Chase which is the largest bank in the world however I was treated much better there. I will be closing my accounts and moving to a different credit union soon.
